CommunicationsCOS4561TR with SOT-23-6 is a RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant analog switches and multiplexers manufactured by COSINE Communications. It features high on-isolation and low Crosstalk to perform maximum signal isolation in switching applications. Furthermore, it provides low RON and low charge injection levels while having less than 1mW of power consumptions. The SOT-23-6 package is suitable for surface mount applications. The COS4561TR can operate within a wide range of temperatures from -40 to +85C and is ideal for use in a variety of commercial and industrial switch-mode power supplies.
