T491 chips are specifically for automated surface mount processes and equipment. The termina- tions are 100% Matte-Tin. Reliability and thermal stability are assured by lead-frame at- tachments to the tantalum pellet made by micro- processor-controlled welding and a high tem- Highlights perature silver epoxy adhesive.
