The CBM99D10BQ is a Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) TQFP-100 RoHS designed and manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. This part is a highly integrated, high performance DDS synthesizer capable of generating shifted rectangular, sine, and triangle waves. It uses a Phase Locked Loop (PLL) for precise tuning of the output frequency and incorporates a high speed 16-bit programmable oscillator and a digital frequency divider to provide frequency resolution of better than 1/1000th of the reference frequency. The part includes a 256-byte memory to store multiple programming registers to store waveforms and frequency data. It is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant and can be easily integrated into a variety of applications.
