The CBM8051AST5 with High speed & WideBandOpAmps SOT23-5 RoHS is an integrated circuit or IC, designed and manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. It is an eight-pin ultra-low-power, high-performance CMOS device, which combines Industry's highest amplification accuracy and widest bandwidth with a low-power solution that is ideal for demanding mobility and wireless system applications.
