The CBM708SAS8 is an 8-pin SOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant Microprocessor & Microcontroller Supervisors manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. It features power-on protection and reset input functions for LDO (Low Drop-Out) regulators and SRAMs. It has an active-low and open-drain reset monitoring pin, and a wide reset time range of 5 ms to 10 seconds. The device is temperature-independent and operates over a wide input voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 V. It is designed for low power applications and has excellent static power dissipation for battery-operated and mobile applications.
