The Corebai Microelectronics CBM432AST23 is a linear voltage regulator (LDO) with SOT-23 package and is compliant to Restriction of Hazardous Substance (ROHS) requirements. This low-dropout regulator (LDO) is a three-terminal fixed output device providing a regulated voltage of 2.3V with up to 400 mA output current capability. The CBM432AST23 has an extremely low dropout voltage of 0.3V at full load and a wide input voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V.
