The CBM2004AS16 is a Darlington transistor array driver SOP-16 RoHS manufactured by Corebai Microelectronics. It is a high-current, eight-channel, low-voltage CMOS driver IC that is capable of driving up to 16 Darlington transistors in a standard SOP-16 package. Each of the eight channels can provide output current up to approximately 100 mA. The operating voltage range of the driver is from 3 to 28V. The device also features a high thermal operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C for reliable operation in demanding conditions. It can also be operated in a low-current standby mode and in a low-power shutdown mode to save energy in a standby state. The device is ideal for driving high-current bipolar loads, such as in motor control, automation and wherever high-power and high-$ efficiency are a concern.
