The CJU02N65 is a TO-252-2L pre-ordered transistor manufactured by Changjing Electronics Technology. It is a commonly used silicon N-channel MOSFET transistor designed to be used in switching applications that require high power levels. It has a low gate threshold voltage, low on-resistance and low capacitance. It has a high avalanche energy rating of 120V with a drain current of 65A and a drain-source breakdown voltage of 600V. It is RoHS compliant and comes with a gold lead-free plating finish.
