The CQ39DS is a NPN/PNP Darlington Transistor Array manufactured by Central Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose and low noise amplifier applications. The device consists of two independent transistors with common emitter connections. It has a maximum collector current of 400 mA and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 75V. It has a low noise figure of 2.5 dB and an operating temperature range of – 40 to + 130 °C. The CQ 39DS is available in a TO-126 package.
