The 2N5060 is a NPN-type bipolar junction transistor (BJT) manufactured by Central Semiconductor. The transistor is rated for up to 400V of collector-emitter voltage and features a typical gain of 200. It is designed for switching applications in consumer, industrial and telecom systems. Its continuous current rating is 1-3A and its maximum power dissipation is 8W. The transistor features an interal protection diode for inductive loads and a shielded package for high EMI immunity.
