HCPL-3120/J312, HCNW3120 2.5 Amp Output Current IGBT Gate Drive Optocoupler Data Sheet Description Features The HCPL-3120 contains a GaAsP LED while the HCPL-J312 and 2.5 A maximum peak output current the HCNW3120 contain an AlGaAs LED. The LED is optically 2.0 A minimum peak output current coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. 25 kV/s minimum Common Mode Rejection (CMR) at V CM These optocouplers are ideally suited for driving power IGBTs = 1500 V and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The HCNW3120 has the highest insulation Industrial temperature range: 40 C to 100 C voltage of V =1414V in the IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5.
