The TISP9110LDMR-S is a semiconductor dual-polarity slice suppressor module manufactured by Bourns. It consists of two SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) with dual-polarity gate protection and DC level protection for signal and telecommunication line protection. The module is designed to protect against EMI, ESD, EFT, and pulse turn-on surge current up to 100A, 45A, and 30A of peak pulse current, respectively. It is housed in a four-pin SIP package, which aids in high thermal and mechanical performance, and has low leakage current.
