The SS24 with 40V Single 550mV@2A 2A SMA Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) ROHS manufactured by Blue Rocket is a surface mount diode designed specifically for use in low voltage, high speed applications. The device is capable of handling up to 40V of voltage, with a forward voltage drop of 550mV@2A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 2A. The SBD features SMA package, a maximum reverse current of 1µA, and has ROHS certification to ensure safety of the device and its users.
