ardThe ES1D is a fast recovery rectifier with a single 1A rating and a 200V SMA Rating manufactured by Blue Rocketard. It has a voltage of 1V, a current of 1A and a recovery time of 35ns. The diodes are designed to function with very low forward voltage drop and have a low reverse leakage current. They are RoHS compliant and are suitable for use in high speed switching applications.
