The BL3085A(H) SOP-8 RS-485/RS-422 IC is a RoHS compliant product manufactured by Belling. It is an integrated circuit designed to provide differential signaling with high-speed data transmission over a multi-point network. It implements the protocols of the RS-485 and RS-422 industry standards for balanced communication systems up to 10Mb/s. The IC features an adjustable output swing, selectable EIA422/RS-485 signal type, reduced slew rate controls, integrated termination resistors, and integrated ESD and transient protection for reliable communication network designs. It also has an integrated driver-receiver and receiver-driver with receiver fail-safe operation. The SOP-8 package offers an extremely small form factor with low profiles suitable for high-density board layouts.
