The AX1117AE33A with Low Dropout Regulator SOT-223 RoHS is a companion device manufactured by Axelite. It is a three-terminal, adjustable, and positive voltage regulator with ultra-low noise characteristics. This device provides a very low quiescent current of only 17uA as well as low dropout voltage of typically 0.45V. It has a wide input voltage range of 2V to 6.5V and is capable of sourcing up to 300mA of output current. This device has a fast transient response, low output noise, and output voltage accuracy of ±2%.
