The AX1117AE15A with LDO (Low Dropout Regulators) SOT-223-3L RoHS manufactured by Axelite is a three-terminal adjustable voltage regulator suitable for a wide variety of applications. The device has an input voltage ranging of 3V to 18V and a fixed output voltage of 15V. It has an extremely low dropout voltage of 110mV at 500mA and a quiescent current as low as 10µA.
