The VDA3010NTA SOT-23 is a RoHS compliant PMIC Supervisors by AnaSem. It is a dual output Voltage Detector IC, which uses a low voltage threshold circuit and voltage monitoring circuit. It is designed for use in mobile devices, digital consumer electronics, automotive electronics, and other electronic equipment. It features low current drain, high accuracy detection voltage, and an adjustable trigger voltage. The input voltage ranges from 1.8V to 6V with a built-in hysteresis function. It also features a stop input circuit, which prevents the chip from entering into over-load and FAULT status. The chip includes overvoltage protection and OVP latch reset. The VDA3010NTA is available in a space-saving SOT23 package.
