TMC6200-TA-T

is the TMC6200-TA-T. This IC has three integrated high and low side drivers for controlling three full or half bridges with external FETs. The TMC6200-TA-T includes a voltage clamp to protect against output short-circuit, current limiting to protect against overloads, and a temperature protection which shuts down the outputs if the temperature reaches a critical level. The IC includes an SPI interface allowing the user to configure the bridge current and PWM frequency. The TMC6200-TA-T is designed to be used with 3-phase BLDC motors that operate in the voltage range of 8-60 volts. The package type of this IC is a TQFP48 package.
