The MAX13256ATB+T is a 36V H-Bridge Transformer Driver manufactured by Analog Devices. The integrated gate drivers from Maxim Integrated provide a full-bridge H-bridge circuit that is optimized to drive high-current, low-voltage transformer applications. The device is capable of providing up to 200mA continuous output current and 50kHz switching frequency for reducing power supply losses. The integrated output protection and fault reporting eliminates the need for external components and ensures safety in case of short circuit or overtemperature. The monolithic design and current-controlled architecture makes this device easy to use and improves system efficiency. The device also features low-ripple drive and glitch-free startup characteristics when powered by 4.5V to 36V Inputs.
