The Analog Devices LTC4120EUDPBF is a wide input voltage range monolithic high-voltage synchronous step-down (buck) switching regulator designed to power connected industrial/automotive systems. It integrates a 400V n-channel MOSFET, integrated ultra-low quiescent current standby power mode, and a variety of features to enhance system protection. The LTC4120EUDPBF features low output ripple voltage, adjustable and tightly regulated output voltage, soft-start, and adaptive, frequency and current limit with programmable back-off to reduce EMI and thermal stress.
