The LT3092EDD#PBF is a 200mA two terminal programmable current source manufactured by Analog Devices. The device features a wide operating input voltage range from 2.375V to 38V and programmable current control from 0.07µA to200mA. It contains two independent, integrated circuit power monitors and regulators to provide precise current regulation with programmable over-current and thermal shutdown protection. The device is available in the fixed vibration-resistant DFN-6EP (6-lead exposed pad plastic) and provides a high precision current source solution with low EMI and tight line and load regulation.
