The LM4040AIM3-3.0+T Voltage Reference is a micropower shunt voltage reference module manufactured by Analog Devices, and offers improved precision for applications requiring low power consumption. This reference module contains multiple reverse breakdown voltage ratings, enabling it to be used in a wide range of circuit applications. The LM4040AIM3-3.0+T offers extremely low temperature drift, low temperature coefficient, and high accuracy over the full temperature range. It also provides an adjustable output voltage with the aid of an external resistor and has extremely low output noise. Furthermore, reverse avalanche protection is provided to prevent the output from damage during high current conditions. The shunt voltage reference module is available in a SOT-23-3 package and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
