The DS2502R+T&R with EPROM 1Kb Add-Only Memory is a single-chip, Write Once EPROM nonvolatile memory fabricated in an 8-lead SOIC package and is manufactured by Analog Devices. This device provides 1K bit (128 bytes) of memory organized as 8 pages of 16 bytes. The pages are written, stored, and locked in a single write cycle. Data stored in the device is retained for over 10 years even when operated over the full operating temperature range. The device is optimized for medium-density applications that require low power and reliable performance. Its on-chip voltage regulator is designed for operation from a single 3V to 5.5V supply. The device features an 8-bit addressing pointer that allows quick navigation through the memory, and a maximum write speed of 80 Kbit/s (Kb/s). The device is available in the T&R (Tape & Reel) packaging.
