The DS2430AP+T&R is a 512-bit non-volatile, 1-Wire EEPROM memory device from Analog Devices. The device is designed for applications requirin precise and reliable data storage, and is capable of operating over a temperature range of -40C to +85C. The 1-Wire interface means that it only requires a single data line and a ground connection, allowing the device to be used in small-space and often harsh environments. It is capable of supporting up to 512 bits or 64 bytes of user-programmable memory, split up into two 256-bit pages to support viewing, writing and erasing operations. Each DS2430AP+T&R is uniquely identified by a ROM code, and can be used for a range of embedded applications, such as node identification.
