The DS1302+ is a Real-Time Clock (RTC) circuit designed and manufactured by Analog Devices. It features a 3-wire input/output interface, allowing for easy data transfer operations. It contains Non-Volatile SRAM for storing data that it loses power, and a 31B RAM for count up or down operations. It comes in an 8-pin DIP package, with an operating voltage of 2-5.5V. It is designed for applications that require a timekeeping and alarm function in order for the device to remain operational.
