The ADR4540BRZ-R7 is an ultra-low-noise, high-accuracy voltage reference designed and manufactured by Analog Devices. It is an ultra-stable, precision voltage reference with an accuracy of ±0.05% from 25°C and has a nominal output voltage of 4.096V in the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The ADR4540BRZ-R7 utilizes a low-noise, laser-trimmed thin-film resistor network, enabling a low temperature coefficient of around 10 ppm/°C. Its precision on-chip trimming simplifies the design process and minimizes the number of external components required. The device’s low-noise operation makes it ideal for use in high performance data acquisition and communication systems, as well as in precision instrumentation and metrology applications.
