The ADR4525ARZ-R7 from Analog Devices is an Ultra-Low-Noise High-Accuracy Voltage Reference with 2.5V output voltage. It features low noise performance with high accuracy over temperature, an on-chip temperature compensation circuitry, and an overvoltage- and short-circuit-protected design. This voltage reference is suitable for use in high-precision instrumentation, data-acquisition systems, and other variable-voltage applications. The reference can be used to provide a regulated and repeatable output voltage for any linear IC or A/D converter. It is offered in a SOT-23-5 package.
