The ADM1293-1BARUZ-RL7 manufactured by Analog Devices is a PMBUS power monitor with current and power monitors and regulators. It is designed to improve the performance of power systems by providing precise power management control in a compact, feature-rich package. It has an integrated precision current and power monitor with an adjustable protection loop, which can monitor up to 4 phases of current and temperature with ±1% accuracy. It is suitable for both synchronous buck and asynchronous boost regulator applications, and can provide adjustable current and/or voltage settings for a range of output voltages. The device also features an integrated PMBUS interface with Device Access, Device Identification, and Power Level commands for full remote access to its power management capabilities. The device has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in a 7mm x 7mm, 48-pin QFN package.
