SEMICONDUCTORThe AZ5013-01F.R7G is a voltage regulator module manufactured by Amazing Semiconductor. It is designed to provide an output voltage of 3.3V from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V. The package utilizes a 1006-pin dual-flat no-lead (DFN) form factor and is RoHS compliant. It features integrated ESD protection diodes to protect circuitry from electrostatic discharge. The module can provide up to a 1A output current while maintaining a very low dropout voltage. It has an excellent thermal performance and comes with an integrated thermal shutdown and short-circuit protection. Additionally, it features a single selectable input or output voltage option which allows for easy-to-implement, adjustable solution.
