Additional Infomation About Product

The AIC1747-12GU3TR is a SOT-23-3 RoHS-compliant low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. It is specifically designed to regulate a 1.2V voltage output with a Packaged SOT-23 Type and 0.2A Output Current capability. The device features a low quiescent current (IQ) of less than 20uA and low noise operation to reduce system power consumption and improve battery life. The regulator has feed forward and fast-transient-response tracks, allowing it to exhibit an output ripple of 50mV or less. The device is protected against short-circuit and over-temperature conditions and includes an over-current limit feature. Additionally, the regulator can be shut down with a single logic control pin.
