The LM331AU-S5TR is a dual voltage comparator with two independent voltage comparators from Texas Instruments, housed inside a SOT23-5 package that is RoHS compliant. It offers excellent output current and speed, operating from 2.7v to 36V dual supply voltage with a 15V minimum voltage differential. This part features low quiescent current and low power consumption when in off state, and delivers high output accuracy. The output is available in open-collector and Push-Pull designs, and the LM331AU-S5TR can be set for rising and falling trip points.
