LAN/Telecom/Cable Testing

LAN/Telecom/Cable testing is used to evaluate the performance of networks, cables, routers, and other related network hardware. This type of testing is important because it allows network administrators to identify and troubleshoot problems with the network.The testing involves two main components: hardware and software. On the hardware side, technicians use a variety of tools and devices such as tone generators, coaxial cable testers, and metal deburing units to inspect and test the cables, routers, and other hardware used in the network.On the software side, technicians use a number of testing programs such as ping, traceroute, and network analyzers to evaluate network performance and identify areas of concern.
