Vishay Thick Film Resistors - Through Hole

Version Thick Film Resistors Through Hole Version are resistors which are made by depositing a thick film of resistive material onto a ceramic substrate. This process usually involves the usage of a screen printing technique, which is applied in a series of layers. The substrate is usually in the form of a chip, which is then fired at high temperatures to create a durable, durable resistor. The material used in the thick film resistors is most commonly either a combination of metal oxides or a carbon film. These resistors can be used in a wide range of applications due to their high stability and reliability, as well as cost-effectiveness. As the through-hole version, these thick film resistors can be easily installed with machine soldering techniques as well as manual techniques. They are ideal for use in through-hole or surface-mount applications, with necessary mounting hardware available for both.
