The ADS8321E/250 is a 16-bit, high-speed, micro-power sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) manufactured by Texas Instruments. It features a high-accuracy sigma-delta analog-to-digital conversion system with a sampling rate up to 250ksps. Its sampling rate, low power consumption and high accuracy make it suitable for low-frequency to high-frequency low-power signal acquisitions, such as in medical systems, sensors, gaming, motion control, telecommunications and industrial instrumentation systems with dynamic range and performance requirements. The ADS8321E/250 is designed to provide a cost-effective solution for capturing and converting analog signals to digital data. It is capable of digitizing signals up to 350mV peak-to-peak, and offers a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. This part is compatible with various interfaces such as SPI, I2C, OR, and SERIAL digital. Additionally, this ADC offers a selectable range for input filters to reduce noise, and contains an internal gain amplifier with a programmable gain of 2, 4, 8 or 16, ensuring accurate measurements across a wide range of signal conditions.
