The Tamura SKC-601 is a high-speed, high-performance half-bridge MOSFET (Metal–Oxide–Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) driver designed for use in various power supply topologies. It is capable of providing a high level of current handling capability over an extended temperature range, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It features integrated UVLO (under-voltage lockout) circuitry, to protect sensitive components from excessive current during startup. The driver also contains short-circuit protection and peak current limit circuitry, allowing for safe operation when used in power supply topologies that use higher voltage rail levels. The Tamura SKC-601 is well-suited for use in a variety of applications, such as motor driver circuits, power-factor correction, switched-mode power supplies, and other power conversion and management applications.
