The AAT4282B is a dual P-channel MOSFET power 67m Typical 5V switch designed for high-side load-switching applications. 125m Typical 1.8V Each MOSFET has a typical R of 67m, allowing Slew Rate Turn-On Time DS(ON) increased load switch current handling capacity with a low 750s - Slow (FAST = Low) forward voltage drop. The AAT4282B offers a shutdown 65s - Fast (FAST = High) load discharge circuit to rapidly turn off a load circuit Fast Shutdown Load Discharge Option when the switch is disabled.
