The Semtech Corporation SD12C.TCT is an ultra-compact, low power, low-noise, high-accuracy, low voltage buffered sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It features a 12-bit, 3.75 MSPS acquisition rate and excellent signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). It is optimized to ensure good linearity and temperature stability. The SD12C.TCT supports a core integrated temperature sensor, enabling a wide temperature window of commercial, industrial and automotive applications. The device is rated for an operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C. The SD12C.TCT also provides an Automatic Self-calibration system (ASC) option which enables high-accuracy data acquisition. This product also supports an unipolar input range of 0 to 2.5 volts, as well as a 70 MHz input bandwidth and is CTRR-compliant. The package size is 3.2 mm x 3.2 mm and the pin-count is 16.
