Output Voltage Tracking The operating frequency can be set to 600kHz, Output Voltage Discharge 1100kHz, or 2000kHz easily with MODE PGOOD Active Clamped at Low Level configuration, allowing the MPQ8623 frequency during Power Failure to remain constant regardless of the input and Programmable Soft-Start Time from 1.5ms output voltages. and Up Pre-Bias Start-Up The output voltage start-up ramp is controlled by Selectable Switching Frequency from an internal 1.5ms timer, which can be increased 600kHz, 1100kHz, and 2000kHz by adding a capacitor on TRK/REF. An open- Latch-Off for OCP, OVP, UVP, OTP, and drain power good (PGOOD) signal indicates if UVLO the output is within its nominal voltage range.
