MPM3606 21V Input, 0.6A Module Synchronous Step-Down Converter with Integrated Inductor The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPM3606 is a synchronous rectified, step- 4.5V-to-21V Operating Input Range down converter module with built-in power 0.6A Continuous Load Current MOSFETs, inductor and two capacitors. It 200 A Low Quiescent Current offers a very compact solution with only 5 100m/50m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) external components to achieve a 0.6A MOSFETs continuous output current with excellent load Integrated Inductor and line regulation over a wide input supply Integrated VCC and Bootstrap Capacitors range. The MPM3606 operates at 2MHz External AAM pin for Power-Save Mode switching frequency, which provides fast load Programming transient response. External AAM pin provides OCP Protection with Hiccup selectable power save mode or forced PWM Thermal Shutdown mode. Output Adjustable from 0.8V Full protection features include over-current Available in QFN-20 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) protection and thermal shut down. Package Total Solution Size 6.7mm x 6.3mm MPM3606 eliminates design and manufacturing risks while dramatically improving time to APPLICATIONS market. Industrial Controls The MPM3606 is available in a space-saving Medical and Imaging Equipment QFN-20 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) package.
