It offers a very 90m/55m Low RDS(ON) Internal Power compact solution to achieve a 2A continuous MOSFETs output current with excellent load and line High-Efficiency Synchronous Mode regulation over a wide input supply range. The Operation MP9942 has synchronous mode operation for 410kHz Switching Frequency higher efficiency over the output current load Synchronizes from 200kHz to 2.2MHz range. External Clock High Duty Cycle for Automotive Cold-crank Current-mode operation provides fast transient Internal Power-Save Mode response and eases loop stabilization. Internal Soft-Start Full protection features include over-current Power Good Indicator protection and thermal shutdown.
