MP8843 6V, 3A, Synchronous, 2 Step-Down Switcher with I C Interface The Future of Analog IC Technology FEATURES DESCRIPTION Wide Input Range from 2.6V to 6V The MP8843 is a highly integrated, high- Up to 3A of Continuous Current frequency, synchronous, step-down switcher with 2 55m and 35m Internal Power MOSFET an I C control interface. The MP8843 can support 2 up to 3A of current from a wide 2.6V-to-6V input High-Speed I C Communication Interface up supply range with excellent load and line to 3.4MHz 2 regulation. I C Programmable Output Voltage from 0.6V to 1.1V for Direct V Sense OUT Constant-on-time (COT) control provides a fast V Range Extendable by Adding External OUT transient response, high light-load efficiency, and Feedback Resistor eases loop stabilization. Programmable Switching Frequency from 2 The IC interface allows for communication 1MHz to 2MHz interface speed up to 3.4Mbps. It controls the Programmable Voltage Transition Slew Rate 2 output voltage from 0.6V to 1.1V on the fly with I C Selectable Power Save Mode 3.9mV voltage steps.
