MP6233 3.3V/5V, Dual-Channel 1.5A Current-Limited Power Distribution Switch The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES 1.5A Continuous Current The MP6233 Power Distribution Switch features 2.7V to 5.5V Supply Range internal current limiting to prevent damage to 140uA Quiescent Current host devices due to faulty load conditions. The MP6233 analog switch includes an 85m 85m MOSFET power MOSFET switch. It is available with Thermal-Shutdown Protection guaranteed current limits, making it ideal for Under-Voltage Lockout load switching applications. The MP6233 has 8ms FLAG Deglitch Time built-in protection for both over current and No FLAG Glitch During Power Up increased thermal stress.
