MP21148 1A, Synchronous, Step-Down Converter with CCM DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP21148 is a monolithic, step-down, 2.4MHz Switching Frequency switch-mode converter with built-in, internal EN for Power Sequencing power MOSFETs. It can achieve 1A of Wide 2.3V-to-5.5V Operating Input Range continuous output current from a 2.3V-to-5.5V Output Adjustable from 0.6V input voltage with excellent load and line Up to 1A of Output Current regulation. The output voltage can be regulated 120m and 80m Internal Power MOSFET as low as 0.6V. Switches Output Discharging The constant-on-time control scheme in forced CCM provides a fast transient response, low 100% Duty Cycle output voltage ripple, and eases loop Short-Circuit Protection (SCP) with Hiccup stabilization. Fault protections include cycle-by- Mode cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown.
