MIC2210 Dual Cap LDO with Open-Drain Driver General Description Features The MIC2210 is a dual Cap, low dropout regulator with Input voltage range: 2.25V to 5.5V an open-drain driver and power-on reset circuit. The first Stable with ceramic output capacitor regulator is capable of sourcing 150mA, while the second 2 LDO outputs regulator can source up to 300mA and includes a power- Output 1 - 150mA output current on reset function. The open-drain output is capable of Output 2 - 300mA output current sinking 150mA for LED backlighting applications. 1 Open-drain driver Ideal for battery operated applications, the MIC2210 offers 1% accuracy, extremely low dropout voltage (80mV Low dropout voltage of 80mV 100mA 100mA), and extremely low ground current, only 48A Ultra-low quiescent current of 48A total. Equipped with a TTL logic compatible enable pin*, High output accuracy: the MIC2210 can be put into a zero-off-mode current state, +1.0% initial accuracy drawing no current when disabled. +2.0% over temperature The MIC2210 is a Cap design, operating with very small Thermal shutdown protection ceramic output capacitors for stability, reducing required board space and component cost.
