MAX19777 3Msps, Low-Power, Serial 12-Bit ADC General Description Benefits and Features The MAX19777 is a 12-bit, compact, high-speed, 3Msps Conversion Rate, No Pipeline Delay lowpower, successive approximation analog-to-digital 12-Bit Resolution converter (ADC). This high-performance ADC includes a 2-Channel, Single-Ended Analog Inputs high dynamic range sample-and-hold, as well as a high- speed serial interface. Low-Noise 72.5dB SNR The MAX19777 features dual, single-ended analog inputs 2.2V to 3.3V Supply Voltage connected to the ADC core using a 2:1 MUX. Low Power This ADC operates from a 2.2V to 3.3V supply and 6.2mW at 3Msps consumes only 6.2mW at 3Msps. The device includes Very Low Power Consumption at 2.5A/ksps a full power-down mode and fast wake up for optimal 2A Power-Down Current power management and a high-speed 3-wire serial SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE-Compatible Serial Interface interface. The 3-wire serial interface directly connects to SPI, QSPI, and MICROWIRE devices without external 8-Pin, 0.857mm x 1.431mm WLP Package logic. Wide -40C to +125C Operation Excellent dynamic performance, low voltage, low power, Applications ease-of-use, and small package size make this converter ideal for portable, battery-powered data-acquisition Data Acquisition applications, as well as for other applications that demand Portable Data Logging low power consumption and minimal space.
