MAX11646/MAX11647 19-5134 Rev 1 9/10 2 Low-Power, 1-/2-Channel, I C, 10-Bit ADCs in Ultra-Tiny 1.9mm x 2.2mm Package General Description Features The MAX11646/MAX11647 low-power, 10-bit, 1-/2- Ultra-Tiny 1.9mm x 2.2mm Wafer Level Package channel analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) feature 2 High-Speed I C-Compatible Serial Interface internal track/hold (T/H), voltage reference, a clock, and 400kHz Fast Mode 2 an I C-compatible 2-wire serial interface. These 1.7MHz High-Speed Mode devices operate from a single supply of 2.7V to 3.6V Single Supply (MAX11647) or 4.5V to 5.5V (MAX11646) and require 2.7V to 3.6V (MAX11647) only 6A at a 1ksps sample rate. AutoShutdown pow- 4.5V to 5.5V (MAX11646) ers down the devices between conversions, reducing Internal Reference supply current to less than 1A at lower throughput 2.048V (MAX11647) rates. The MAX11646/MAX11647 each measure two 4.096V (MAX11646) single-ended or one differential input. The fully differen- tial analog inputs are software configurable for unipolar External Reference: 1V to V DD or bipolar and single-ended or differential operation. Internal Clock The full-scale analog input range is determined by the 2-Channel Single-Ended or 1-Channel Fully internal reference or by an externally applied reference Differential voltage ranging from 1V to V .
