The MAX11637EEE+ is a fast, multiplexed, 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with internal reference and FIFO from Analog Devices. The device features eight single-ended or four differential input channels, a 300-ksps maximum sampling rate, an onboard 8-channel FIFO, and a built-in 2.5V low-drift reference voltage. The 8-channel differential track/hold expands upon typical single-ended track/holds ranging from 6 to 24 sample intervals (TS). The ADC offers high linearity performance in a wide dynamic range, with + 1.ac integration INL and DNL. It is suitable for industrial, medical, and communication systems. The device includes a serial peripheral interface (SPI) for flexible interfacing options. It is available in a 24-lead, 4 mm × 4 mm TQFN package.
