MAX11214 24-Bit, 5mW, 140dB SNR, 32ksps Delta-Sigma ADC with Integrated PGA General Description Benefits and Features The MAX11214 is a 24-bit delta-sigma ADC that achieves High Resolution for Instrumentation Applications that excellent 140dB SNR while dissipating an ultra-low 5mW. Require a Wide Dynamic Range Sample rates up to 32ksps allow both precision DC and 134dB SNR at 15.6sps AC measurements. Integral nonlinearity is guaranteed 124dB SNR at 500sps to 4ppm maximum. The THD is -122dB. The MAX11214 21-Bit Noise-Free Resolution at 50sps 18.6-Bit Noise-Free Resolution at 1ksps communicates via an SPI-compatible serial interface and is available in a small 24-pin TSSOP package.
