LTC2482 16-Bit ADC with Easy Drive Input Current Cancellation FEATURES DESCRIPTION n Easy Drive Technology Enables Rail-to-Rail The LTC 2482 combines a 16-bit plus sign No Latency Inputs with Zero Differential Input Current analog-to-digital converter with patented Easy Drive n Directly Digitizes High Impedance Sensors with technology. The patented sampling scheme eliminates Full Accuracy dynamic input current errors and the shortcomings of on- n 600nV RMS Noise, Independent of V chip buffering through automatic cancellation of differential REF n Operates with a Reference as Low as 100mV with input current. This allows large external source impedances 16-Bit Resolution and input signals with rail-to-rail input range to be directly n GND to V Input/Reference Common Mode Range digitized while maintaining exceptional DC accuracy. CC n Simultaneous 50Hz/60Hz Rejection Mode The LTC2482 allows a wide common mode input range n 2ppm INL, No Missing Codes (0V to V ) independent of the reference voltage. The CC n 1ppm Offset and 15ppm Total Unadjusted Error reference can be as low as 100mV or can be tied directly n No Latency: Digital Filter Settles in a Single Cycle to V .
